It's either the GPL, or not. I don't think the FSF
takes kindly to bastardizations of the GPL. If this 
is the case, these guys mebbe should expect a call 
from Mr. Moglen ESQ.

Otherwise, the product is "just GPL" and there is
nothing they can do to prevent 3rd party 
redistribution.
