It's wicked! SCO is being charged with 783,000 lines of IBM code under
the GPL which, since SCO denies the legitmacy of the GPL, is in
violation of the GPL. Since they have distributed Linux and continue to
distribute Linux, IBM is suing for copyright infringement of IBM and
violation of the GPL.
