I think this list would benifit from a BB.  Sure would
take care of some of
the issues that are seen in here.  A $10/year or
$1/month fee could also
help support the bandwidth requirements.  Anything
above and beyond the
costs of server bandwith could be used for the
meetings every month.  Maybe
a small amount set asside for future potential server
hardware issues.
