We're using Lore 1.4.3 here. Seems to be very full featured. I'm not
administrating it though, so I'm not sure what's entailed in
administration.

I'm looking for a knowledgebase product (web based, of course). I need
something that is set up like an FAQ where people can either search a
listing of categories, or they can type a question in and see if it's
been answered before. Also, if they can submit a question to be
answered, that would rock as well.
Any suggestions?

Thanks!!
