If you have any programming experience it is easy to make one of these to
suit your own needs.  I ran bcid when I still had a land line. A simple
command dialog will enable you to post the information to your screen in a
popup window.

I would like a popup or message when a call comes in. I'm looking at Gtele
and
GNOME Caller ID.(tried to get kallers for KDE, but the site is no more). If
anyone has this working I'd appreciate any tips or programs.
