A link on various pages to a single, credits page is always doable.
Then you have the most room to give the proper credits do.
E.g., each page could list only you as the current maintainer, but the
link to the credits page (either as that text, or right next to it)
could give her full and detailed credit. This should solve _both_
issues.
Ultimately, if she did it as a part of her paid job function, then she
is not entitled to any credit or copyright. But if she did it o nher
own time, then do not remove the credit, and holdfast on that.
