Dennis,

In purest sense of the ethics of being an employee, neither your name,
or her name, should appear in a displayable format as the creator of the
page. Since this is a site developed for the school, and promotes the
school, then only the school should be promoted. A copyright notice
should be on the page, and a contact point, usually by title, would be
valid.

If the page was created on the clock, and the school was paying the tab,
then the school owns the page. Putting your name, in a displayable
location, on work you did for pay is a form of advertising. If the work
was donated, the equation changes. If you're selling an already
completed work, then the equation changes.

Putting the authors name as the creator in the head of the source would
be ethical and proper. Building a page listing credits and contributors
to the site would be ethical and proper, if the school approved.
