You could give us more details; what your installing, just a few more 
details might help.

You may only need to edit the Makefile to reflect the [correct] path to 
includes.  Open the Makefile in a text editor, look for lines that may 
be in error, change it and try again.

or maybe just do something like:
./configure --with-kernel-includes=/usr/src/linux-2.?.x.x/include
