Howdy Bryan,
By installfest, I assume you mean everyone bring their computers, and geek 
out for a few hours? Thats why I mentioned the tables, network, power, 
chairs, and t1. :) It was an assumption that it was part of the deal. :) 
Besides, thats half the fun is seeing other peoples' toys and how they use 
them. At least for me anyways.
