Interesting observations. I don't know that the "list" was really 
supposed to be or meant to be a comparison, just list of known or 
suspected problems to watch out for, or work on for both camps, the MS 
camp and the Linux / Unix camps.  Not sure what to make of it all or how 
helpful it is or how good and accurate and timely the information is, 
but I guess it's CERT's best efforts at keeping the public informed.
