If you hit Google.COM, I have several posts on our PC_Support list on
how to do this.
In a nutshell, Microsoft _only_ supports booting 1 NT kernel and 1 DOS
kernel.  You have to use LILO or GRUB to "fool" NT/DOS because of their
simplistic bootloaders.
NT is better than DOS, but not by much.  Even if you "install" NT on the
"non-C:" (BIOS disk 80h, Active) partition, it _still_ requires your
bootstrap, NTLDR, ntbootdd.sys (non-kernel storage driver), etc... to
exist on C: (BIOS disk 80h, Active).
