Did you mean Red Hat Linux 7.3 (?).
That is still supported by Red Hat c/o Fedora Legacy.

Fedora Extras doesn't have any packages for RHL7.3.
But Fedora Legacy _does_ release updates for RHL7.3 via both APT and
YUM.
