[NTLUG:Discuss] recuse the data

Hi All:

My friend have 80 GB harddrive crashed.

I try to recuse the file in it.

Dell bios says Diskette drive 0 seek failure

some other disk tool says
Error read in MBR, track 0 is invalid

Is there any way to retrieve the data on this disk?

what does track 0 do?
