I just wanted to say that I have very much the same problem. I don't
know exactly when, but sometime during the last year I quit getting any
response from their website when I'm at home. I know it used to work.
Traceroutes and pings get nothing, not even my ISP's router, so I
figured the ISP was blocking ICMP and I never spent any more time on it.
The only helpful information I have is that once, when I plugged a
computer into my cable modem that was not my normal router (i.e. a
different MAC address) I got an IP address assigned to it that was in a
completely different network (none of the octets were the same) than the
one I normally get with my router. Probably related to the many changes
of @Home->attbi->Comcast. When that happened, the Wells Fargo website
responded normally. And when I plugged my router back into the cable
modem, I got my old IP address back and Wells Fargo wasn't working
anymore. Maybe someone somewhere (Comcast? Wells Fargo?) has
black-listed an address block? I dunno.
It's never been that big of a deal to me so I never spent any further
time trying to resolve the problem.
