  How isolated are you from the rest of the world.  If you are somewhat
isolated and don't have high traffic requirement, you might get by with
2 802.11 bridges.  If nothing else, that might be a good way to show it
can be done.  It sounds like digging a small ditch and laying cable
might be in order.  Lay it around the parking lot, if practical and
avoid digging up concrete.  If you have the budget, there are reliable,
but expensive approaches using lasers or microwave transmitters.  It
sounds interesting.
