What am I missing in Postfix setup?

My old mail server crashed (Mandrake 7.2). It's been five years since I 
had to do this and a lot has changed. I just loaded SuSE 9.0 on a new 
machine and am having some problems getting every thing back up and running.

I am running qpopper and can get mail from the machine if there is mail 
in the mail box. But Postfix is not getting mail or accepting outgoing 
mail from my local network.

The network setup has not changed. I have IPCOP with Postfix running on 
the Orange (192.168.2.0) network all local workstations are on the Green 
(192.168.1.0). DNS is external (on August.net).

The IP address of the MTA/POP3 server has changed but is on the other 
side of IPCOP and is properly redirected (port 25 and 110).

/var/log/mail gives the following:

ps indicates postfix is running.
