Well, this is definitely not part of the etching layout.  It's a 
separate component that's soldered on--and the more I look at 
it, the more I think it might just be a SIP socket.

As it is, though, I took the name and ran with it a bit...turns 
out what I need is called a "test point," and mill-max.com 
manufactures quite the metric buttload of them.
