Well, "completely recovered" depends on what point we'd like it 
to recover to.  The pre-2001 insanity wasn't the sort of thing 
we'd see a repeat of (nor do we really want it, I think).

For a long time after I got laid off, I just couldn't snag a job 
in the IT sector.  Maybe once a month I'd get as far as the 
first interview, but that's about it.  So I went back to college 
on FAFSA aid and am now two or three semesters from completing 
my bachelor's.

I'd happily take you up on the offer if I wasn't a full-time 
student now. :)  As it is, I'll be free for full-time work over 
the summer of 2005 or perhaps in 2006.
