Fair enough. Unless I hear others that like the subject appended or
changes, I will never change the subject again.
I do it mainly for the crawlers and when people go through the
archives. But if one person finds it annoying, I'm sure others do.
Just curious, but is it because your mail reader doesn't thread?

compatible desktop OS/apps for the former, no free/legacy reuse for
