[NTLUG:Discuss] need help recalling software name

I'm hoping a regular reader of Sys Admin magazine can help me out.  

About 2 or maybe even 3 years ago, they had an article about an open source package that could be used to track all the info regarding different servers (hostname,OS, version,  interfaces, etc).  It was pretty configureable and I believe it used Php/MySQL.  

I've looked at their website archive and couldn't find any article names that looked right.
