I've used them for several years.  xDSL for over a year problem free. 
Robert speaks Linux very well.  Hookup is pretty simple.  My setup just 
pipes through and I run all of my own servers.  No limits on traffic or 
services from my systems.

OBTW, my DSL is Verizon.
