You probably have some "unable to load firmware" messages in you logs.
Download the firmware from http://prism54.org/~mcgrof/firmware/.
Download the 1.0.4.3.arm file and rename it to isl3890. Copy the file
to /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware. Remove the card and replace it.
Make sure you have the wireless tools installed. Open yast and you
will see options for entering the ssid and encryption options.
Also check www.prism54.org.
