If you are open to "Commercial off the Shelf" solutions then take a
look at Bynari.
DFWUUG had a presentation from Bynari this month. Bynari is located in
Dallas, TX and use all of these products in their product. Bynari's
market focus has been to replace Win Exchange servers. Check out

I was very impressed with their product and the effort they have put
into it. It is selling quite well in Europe because Linux is more well
accepted in there. As Linux becomes more popular in the USA, Bynari is
finding a booming market in initial installations. I did not discuss
pricing with them. I think Bynari is sitting on a "Gold Mine" with
their product.
