Might be quite hard.   I'd be surprised that
someone would carry a mb that is NEW with PC133 memory.  If you can
handle used, I'd check the consigment stores.

IMHO, I'd get one online... that way you might get one that is
new and probably for a lot less than if you could find it
local.
