[NTLUG:Discuss] Initializing YUM

I am working with a new installation of FC3, and having a problem with 
getting YUM to work - namely it says that I need the GPG key.  There is 
no information where this key is located (obviously I am not looking in 
the correct location).  The one statement they give is to "rpm --import 
public.gpg.key", but I do not have that key.
Appreciate guidance.
