[NTLUG:Discuss] webcal and evolution

Does anyone know what evolution-webcal is exactly? 

The evolution calendar settings have something about 
a server with a userid/password to upload/download
your calender stuff... it doesn't say what type of
server. 

Does anyone know anything about this? It might be nice
to share my calender entries at home and work.
