[NTLUG:Discuss] Per User Internet Access

The server has two (can have more) Ethernet adapters, is there a way to
set the ethernet adapter used on a per user basis or set multiple ip
addresses for a single adapter and set the ip address used on a per user
basis?  Then the Squid server would see multiple addresses and we could
set permissions that way.  I only need about 4 different groups of
permissions.
