Thanks for the info...I have my GRUB loader file configured as you
showed (with drive-number correction).  I was excited to read through
the article once I saw that he DIDN'T have Windows as the first
partition (similiar to how I have it)....while this may work for Win98
it doesn't work for Win2K.

I'm hoping to be proved wrong, (hopefully you saw my last message that
listed the variety of things I went through to try to make it work - to
no avail)....but hasn't happened yet.
