Thanks for all the feedback. Perl seems to be the most democratic of
choices.. based on exit polls of course. CNN is not making a call as of
yet, ha!
What I am wanting to start with is editing the programs I have to fit
work related matters then 'HOPEFULLY" step into more serious
programming. It has been awhile since I worked heavily with programming,
i.e. 1985-1987 with an APPLE IIe and BASIC, yikes. Have had fun with
HTML and played with VB for a wee bit... yuck M$.
Well off to Perl I go! Thanks a ton!
