It was not an issue with my ISP or any settings on my end.  Somehow, I
wsa removed from the list, although, I was still able to post to the
list (it's my understanding that if you are not on the list, you can't
post to the list...is this correct?).   Madhat must have corrected
whatever was wrong because I have made no change on this end.

The last time my account was removed from the list was a legitimate
issue with bounces...my account was full (I'd had system issues and had
been unable to access my email account...not my ISP's fault...an issue
with my workstation at home).

Anyhoo, it's working now, so my thanks to whoever fixed it.
