I recently signed up with unixshell.com for hosting my email and such. 
They use XEN for virtual-dedicated hosting.  So far, I've been pretty
impressed with the performance, at least compared with the user-mode-linux
service I had been using previously.

I've never done this myself but here is a wiki page that might help:

Sounds like you use Yum to create the guest image.
