Since it only runs on Linux, I include here a link to IBM's new (alpha) 
"FairUCE (Fair use of Unsolicited Commercial E-mail)" technology, in 
case there is any interest.  "While not open-source -- although that's 
not outside the realm of possibility down the road, said alphaWorks' 
Goubert -- FairUCE can be downloaded free of charge from IBM's site."
