[NTLUG:Discuss] Has anyone been able to access Samba sharefromSQL Server Agent?

Brad:

I guess it is worth a try.  
I am looking at the cygwin stuff.  Are you saying that
I can use these commands in a dos prompt:
	mkdir /backups
	mount \\Shares\SQLBackups /backups

Then, I can write the backup to c:\cygwin\backups directory
(I wil lput cygwin in c:/cygwin) and it will be put on the 
Linux share?

How do I give the user name and password needed to access
the share to the mount command?
