I suggest installing them all. In the event you cannot find a fast line
or the up2date dialog freezes, you may want to do a command line update.

I open a terminal, su to root, then run yum update all.

For some reason, it goes much faster.

One caveat though. You need to answer a couple of questions. The
programs resolves the rpm database and then stops and asks if you want
to go ahead.

That's what I remember.

I just like it because it batch processes the updates and then you can
resume it if it gets stuck somewhere. To resume, just rerun the command
yum update all
