[NTLUG:Discuss] remove file

I've had that problem before with various users who use pine and
accidentally hit the save message key.  Always have files named stuff
like "^C^X^Z^B^C^D^F".  Usually can get rid of them by using tab
completion in bash.  Either that or I just start up a graphical FTP
client and delete them that way.
