Why won't the background print?
Code produced with Quanta  3.1.1 (Using KDE 3.1.0)

Browsers tested: Galeon 1.3.3, Mozilla 1.7.5, FireFox 1.0
In each case, the page displays well, but upon printing the background 
is white (i.e., background image is omitted).
