If you've reseated the cables, etc. then it sounds like the HD is dead.

At the time of the 'fall', was the machine operating or was it powered off??
Most HDs have a much lower shock rating when operating vs. powered off
(heads retracted).

All:

It worked fine until yesterday, I have it fall into floor by accidentally.
(just flip from vertical to horizontal direction) Of course it don't work
any more. Below is the message when I try to turn on the box:

<<< Press <Ctrl><A> for SCSI Select(TM) Utility >>>

No SCSI boot device found

SCSI BIOS not installed

Alert! cover was previous removed
strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run setup utility.

I would like to keep on using it. Anyone have idea if this box be fixed or

Thanks
