[NTLUG:Discuss] lpr with USB printer

did you define the printer to your system? I run Fedora FC3. I thought it 
was pretty
cool when I installed a HP USB Laser printer. I plugged in the USB Printer 
and 
the system detected a new USB Device and detected ( correctly ) the HP 
Printer 
type. I was impressed. 

I can do system-config-printer and see my printer queues and see the new USB 

printer. If you don't see your printer in your printer config thing, then 
lpr won't see 
it either.
