[NTLUG:Discuss] why does the mail server stop working overandover

I have also wondered why there is not a move to a web based forum.  Its makes 
the expertise of the NTLUG membership easier to get to and searchable without 
maintaining your own archive (my personal archive only goes back to 6-23-04 
and contains 4902 items).
