The board will likely turn this down mainly because there's
certain amount of restriction running on a very low end platform.
It would be very easy to down the server if we ran phpBB.. as
nice as it is.  Dynamic content is something to avoid whereever
possible.

ntlug.org has been hacked before.. just fyi.
