You need to move those two files to your browser's  "plugins" directory.
i.e.
su -m 
passwordhere
mv flashplayer.xpt  libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/mozilla-?.#.#/plugins
(or whereever Mozilla's plugins directory is.)
