[NTLUG:Discuss] knoda installation

I am attempting to install the application knoda, a front end for mysql 
and other databases, I get the following error on running the configure 
command:
'checking for X... configure: error: Can't find X includes. Please check 
your installation and add the correct paths'

Would appreciate guidance to the includes that the installation is 
looking for.
