[NTLUG:Discuss] Force permissions on a directory?

Howdy,
  Probably.  What sftp server are you using?  When I set up vsftpd(ftp,
not sftp), there is a configuration setting for what mode the uploaded
files will have.  I assume the same would be true for a sftp server, but
I have not set one of those up.  And on a related note, I want to set up
a sftp server.  What do y'all recommend?
