I was able to use the web interface as root. So far as I can tell, the
printer page size is correct (letter). I didn't see anything obviously
wrong.

One more thought then I quit, since I have the GCC book now. The problem
could be page layout. The part that doesn't print correctly would be the
header area in a Word document. Perhaps the GCC doc header margin isn't
correct, and is located in the non-printable top margin?
