[NTLUG:Discuss] NTLUG outage

Well the server died again... this time on boot up it appears
that perhaps (we really don't know for sure) that the boot
record might have not have been updated correctly during our
live upgrade of Debian on the system.

Anyhow, Rick Cook went out and did all of the diagnoses and
got LILO happy again... so we're back up.  Just to let you
know, we are seeing some potential network issues... so
we might not be out of the woods yet.
