I only know of one and it's associated with the NTPCUG (North Texas PC 
User's Group).  The guy that ran it (it's been a while) was quite good 
as a teacher and they had both Advanced and Beginners groups.  This is a 
Windows group, but the class does not orient around Windows.

Look at ntpcug.org for meeting times and locations.
