If you don't get a straight answer from Iomega on Linux support, ask 
them if you can use it on a friends WinXP machine without installing 
special drivers.  If they say yes, then there is a good chance it will 
work with the generic usb storage drivers.

Also, I assume you need the portablility of the usb, otherwise one of 
the internal models should certainly work.

Sounds like a pretty cool device.  Be sure to let us know what you find out.
