I typically use the "megatron" tools when sending anything to Mac users.
So if the end-client could be a Mac in a distribution, I'd normally send
2 attachments as a result.

The problem here is the usage of Notes and its wish for uuencode.  I
guess what you _might_ (not sure about this) be able to do is in-line
both.  Don't quote me though.
