I think someone with an address @igtcard.com signed up on the ntlug
mailing list. The address was deleted and therefore the postmaster bot
is replying to the sender of the message to let you know. Too bad the
postmaster doesn't say what address is invalid. Whomever maintains the
ntlug list could probably grep the address out and remove it. Hopefully
there's only one...
