Yep, and they have released Linux software under the GPL. 
Never used it, and the USB 2.0 devices are $160.
The Happauge 150 has been around longer, and is cheaper.

But it's an interesting option none-the-less.  Does it really
do DivX in hardware in real-time?  Or is it doing MPEG-2
capture, and then you DivX off-line?  The codec would tell me
more (I'll find out).

$62.99 gets you all that in the 150, just requires a PCI
slot.
